Brotherhood Battered Bass |
| First you
have to catch a small mouth bass but almost any good fish will
do. |
 |
| Clean the
fish |
| Fillet the
fish |
| Roll the
fillets in egg and then coat in multigrain pancake mix |
| Melt some
butter in a frying pan and place the fish fillets in the melted
butter. |
| Turn the
fillets periodically until they are cooked fully and the fish is
white and flakey |
| The story
behind this recipe starts out on a canoe trip with a number of
Masons along. The meal ended up being a group effort. George
paddled the canoe, Ted caught the bass and cleaned it, I
filleted the fish, and George cooked it. Best fish I ever had. |
